This will be one of the many reflections of a partly westernised Arab culture, with its kings, nestled between the medieval and the contemporary. A struggle for its own survival, in which customs are mixed with tourism and the search of every day. Morocco is traditionally a land of nomads and merchants. A tradition that saves, at the same time that oppresses by force of habit, in repetitions that tame with pain, while they like with charm, looking with repressed admiration on what is forbidden.

The abundance of poverty and the fine religious art that leaves out those who have no right, by divine circumstances, where the oasis is the perfect metaphor of its own duality: the green of the desert. In that mystical and crude desert where man faces his own condition, only before God, as an imazighen, a free man.

Este será, uno de tantos reflejos de una cultura árabe en parte occidentalizada, con sus reyes, enclavada entre lo medieval y lo contemporáneo. Una lucha por su propia supervivencia, en donde las costumbres se mezclan con el turismo y el rebusque de todos los días. Marruecos es tradicionalmente una tierra de nómades y comerciantes. Una tradición que salva, al mismo tiempo que oprime a fuerza de costumbre, en repeticiones que amansan con dolor, mientras gustan con encanto, mirando con admiración reprimida sobre lo prohibído.

En ese desierto místico y crudo en donde el hombre se enfrenta a su propia condición, sólo ante dios, como un imazighen, un hombre libre.
